I am a therapist, a musician, an educator, and a parent.

I have a great desire to work for social justice in this world, through the medium of music.

I'm trained in a wide variety of therapy techniques, including Guided Imagery and Music, and Music Therapy-Assisted Childbirth.

I am a Reiki Practitioner and a student of Buddhist meditation.

I bring all of these skills into the therapy room with my clients.

My initiation into motherhood has made me truly passionate about the needs of new parents. I have personally experienced: cesarean, VBAC, the NICU, difficulties related to breastfeeding, postpartum depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I have incorporated these experiences into the person I am today, and learned much I can share with others.

Parents of young children have unique mental and physical needs. They deserve support tailored to those needs.

When parents are people of color or LGBTQ, they require even more support in a society that was not designed with them in mind.
I strive to create safe and healing spaces for all parents, where they can find both comfort and strength in themselves.

We are changing the world, one family at a time. I hope you will join me.
